What is Scatternet?
A Scatternet is a type of ad-hoc computer network consisting of two or more Piconets.

How does Scatternet happen?
A Scatternet is formed when two or more piconets discover each other and begin to communicate. Even a single device from one piconet connects to the second piconet is considered a scatternet occured

How many Piconets can it support?
Till date, the bluetooth technology can support up to 10 Piconets. Which means, a miximum of 80 device. Since one piconet can support up to 8 devices.

What is the concept?
The concept used here is Master and Slave
Master : the Bluetooth device.
Slave : Devices that have links to the Master
Master and Slave: A device that Acts as both master in one piconet, while a slave in another

1. Situation device as Master
Piconet C
– Here we have the red dot acting as a master to all the devices in piconet C

2. Situation device as Slave
Piconet A and C
– here we have the yellow dot, acting as slave piconet A and C

3. Situation device as Master And Slave
Piconet B
-here we have the gray dot, acting as slave piconet A while acts as a master in piconet C
